Hi there, I have my phone insured with my bank. I have damaged my phone and in order to make a claim they require my proof of purchse. I have a contract with vodaphone, will they be able to provide mee with a reciept as  the phone was taken woth my contarct. I also require a imei number because i threw away the box and original reciept.

For your imei number check the sim card tray or if it has a removable battery look under the battery. 

If.you can access the screen then type *#06#

For proof of purchase.
