I've emailed the eforum guys but no one has got back to me yet. I've contacted samsung because I have call waiting active on my fone but instead of me getting the call alert that someone is calling it takes them them straight to voicemail. Do I need to change anything else??? Can someone help me?

It's a while since I used call waiting, but I seem to remember that the beep was quite soft and that I sometimes missed it if I was concentrating on the current call or there was a lot of background noise. The second call should divert to voicemail on the same basis as any other. Could it be that you need to extend the delay before diverting?
It's worth checking out the service shortcodes as they sometimes work better than the options in settings menus. If you ever want to turn Call Waiting off, btw, it's #43#:smileywink:.
