Hi,
If a person cannot access myvodafone to de Register their Sure Signal then they will need to call customer service on 191 or Vodafone Landline Tel :03333040191
Live Chat is best accessed from a Computer. Try clearing the browser cache and cookies or try another browser.
I'd also suggest to allow pop ups and turn off any activated content blocker and allow the service through any firewall or security suite.

Hi I'm an ex customer that needs to get my Sure signal box deregistered
VF chat is not up and I can't speak to anyone without an active account.
Serial no of sure signal box is 40113150300
Can anyone help?
