i am on hold with some team ,##~## joke they do not give a ##~## about their customers ,bread & butter !!!!! cant believe i have been scammed by a multi billion pound company ,this will have to go all the way now cos i do not give up easy ( what they expect when they put you on hold for over 20 mins ) thats what they want you to do rather than deal with it !!!!! ) and a message to the staff i know your job is ##~## but would you like to be treated like that ? hope when you ever have a problem you get treated better than vodafone treat their customers !!!

I appreciate your frustrated.
Just to comment that if the upgrade included a phone then unless a person cancels within the 1st hour of processing the upgrade they would have to wait for the phone to be delivered, then refuse it or send it back and then cancel the upgrade.

Do you work for them or what ?!!!! i cancelled on the same day but yes over an hour so refused delivery of the phone over a week and half ago and still getting ##~## from them ,still showing new plan on my account and now an email saying they have set up a direct debit ,what makes me laugh is the staff putting you on hold saying they will get back to you but they do not ,so wasting my time ,having a joke at the customers expence ,they have no intention of dealing with it ,think they have a bet how many times they can pass a customer around and how long they can keep them on hold ,Ha bloody Ha ,like i said pay peanuts you get peanuts !!!!!!!!!

Like to think someone from vodafone will sort this out ?!!!!! To much hassle I suppose but bet ya bottom dollar when I take it to complaints it will be ( not !!! ) because even when you do that they still do ##~## !!!! gonna vote with my feet and leave ,not that they will care because they think they are made ,but be careful vodafone people will get wise to how you treat your customers ,lets hope you get another big fine and another and another and then maybe you will sort ya ##~## out ,your customers are ya bread & butter !!!!!!!!

I feel sorry for you mate... I had the same experience a few months ago.
1. When you talk to customer services, record the call.
2. When you are connected to an agent offshore, ask to be put through to someone in the UK.
This is nothing particular to Vodafone, all of the providers are the same. Call centre staff are generally low paid and here today, gone tomorrow. Therefore "good customer service" is the last thing on their mind.

Cant believe i cancelled an upgrade on the same day but still getting aload of ##~## from this company !!!! they now have set up a direct debit that i have not authrised ,they keep telling me they have cancelled order but i keep getting emails telling me differant ,what the hell is going on ? scammed or what ,this will be going to the ombudsman because i can not beliveve they are doing this !!!!!!! try and phone but get passed around and put on hold and no one is dealing with it ,think they are taking the ##~## and having a cup of tea while i am on hold Lol !!!! ( not ) Pay peanuts and you get peanuts!!!!!
