how do you delete phone numbers and photos from 785

It's been a while since I've used one but when you have a photo open have you tried pressed the button in the bottom right corner. From memory this brings up options like 'send', 'edit' and 'delete'

i have just bought your 785 and would like to know how to delete photos and phone numbers. it,s not mentioned in the instruction book.
