Hi,
I have issues with my account (mobile, home phone,Broadband)
I can not watch billing, manage servise a more.
I begun my account at December 2016.
I have few bills there, support sent my as well.
My account renewed 3 times for last mont.
I tested 3 web browser (firefox, chrome, explore). My OS is windows 10. (Extensions is disable)
I tested 1 web browser for my cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S5). Androind 5.1.1
I chated with online Chat this issues more time. Support was as well, but they can not watch my problem.
Do you some idea people, please.

Hi @janviskup
Your first attachment shows your account number and Mobile number.
As this is a public forum I'd strongly recommend to remove it and edit the attachment and re add it.

Regarding billing it's recommended to contact customer service via 191 or Live Chat.

It's best that type of information isn't on a public forum.
Have you tried customer service on 191.
Failing that this Community Forum has official Vodafone Staff Members who will help where they can. They read all posts so it may take a short while to get to yours.
