how do I deregister a sure signal

Hi,

I have 2 sure signals that I need linked to my account, however I need them deregistered. Please can you advise how I do this?

Serial numbers are 42150985036 and 42144610161

Hi, this is second hand so not registered to me, so really need it deregistered

Ah,

Then the original owner has to arrange for it to be De Registered before you as the new owner can register it. 

If they no longer have a Vodafone Account they'll need to contact Vodafone Customer services to have them De Register it for them.

It was bought from EBay so I don't think I can contact the owner now, there must be another way to de register it?

Only the person who has the device registered to their account can make the requst.
