Hi My iphone 5 wont connect to my sure signal , this is my primary account mobile number and I cant add as a user on the sure signal but believe i dont need to?
the second number registered works fine (nokia windows phone)
but my iphone wont connect, i have checked all settings and are ok? i'm stuck

For Vodafone phones to work with the Sure Signal they need to be registered.

As the number was the primary number registered to the Sure Signal, you will need to temporarily transfer ownership to your other number. Live Chat will be able to do this for you.

I spoke to vodafone this morning they say the number has been added, but its not in my user list still no joy...still not working??

@alexjonesgb It can take up to 24 hours for any changes to your online account to show.
Please check your online account again and let us know if the number is still not visible.
