k3565-z USB modem - installed but will not run

hi every boy, my problem is i cannot run my software vmc lite after install its driver..but when i installedl at another pc n laptop its working to run and connect the mobile broadband..but when i installed at my laptop ibm thinkpad R52 have a problem when i double clik icon to run that sotfware..i dont no why..my friend have the same problem also..him also used laptop ibm think R52...it can be ibm thinkpad R52 problem?? anyone please help me how to solve this problem..i tried to download another latest at website http://www.business.vodafone.com but i cannot download the driver..i dont no why..somebody can give me another link download to me or can tell me how to solve my problem...the link below is my picture to show u all...hope somebody can tell how to solve this problem..tq

Welcome to the eForum from all of the team.

When looking at this question we do need a little more information.

Can you let me know what version of Operating System you are using?

If you are using xp please select Start - control panel - select Category View - system - hardware - device manager
If you are using Vista/windows 7 please select control panel - system - device manager

In here please expand the sections for drivers and modems and let me know if there are any esclamation marks or question marks next to the Vodafone USB Modem drivers.

If you can do this and then get back to us we will see what we can do.

thanks for reply my thread...urm i use version window xp sp2..i also tried to open device manager and checked the exclamation as you told but i not see anything the question symbol..my problem is very mysterious..

Hi Zarlynn,

Our software requires Windows XP Service Pack 3 to be installed as a minimum requirement.

Please run Windows Update and install Service Pack 3, then re-test VMC Lite to see if the issue is still present. Let me know if you need any further help
