My 11 year old daughter has been reciving Vodafone marketing calls , so yesterday I did a web chat and got a block put on them . However , today she has received more marketing calls , so again I have done a webchat and supposedly blocked them again . My questions are this
1 can I truat that the block is now on the phone
2 why could the guy I did the webchat with not advise me of an email or written address for complaints

If your daughters phone has a call and text blocking features you can add the number(s) to it to block them.
Vodafone do not have an email address for complaints.
