Hi there
It could be a faulty SIM card or a fault with the handset. I would recommend trying to get a replacement SIm card in your local Vodafone Store. If you still get that error with the new SIM, you're going to have to send the device off for repair. You can also pop the device off to your local Samsung Repair Centre.
