I am after some advice, i have just set up a new contract with Vodafone and have moved to another area, the area is shown by Vodafone coverage map as a good signal area.

The building i am in has no signal inside at all but go outside and its ok.

would the booster work ok inside with the signal being poor or will it just work no matter what from my household broadband connection? also can my girl friend use the booster shes on talk mobile?

i dont want to go buying it and spending so much if it does not work and then i am stuck with it!

any advice would be nice as i am just so wound up with the fact i have no signal and have got this for another 24 months!

Hi thelad,

I’ve checked this again and there are no faults with any of your local sites.

As we’ve said above, we can’t guarantee coverage indoors

The Sure Signal would give you 3G indoors though. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi thelad,

The Sure Signal has a one-off cost of £100.

You can see all the information about it here.

If it doesn’t work or you change your mind, you have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can return the unit to us.

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi thelad,

I’ve just updated the link for you now.

is there any way of getting any discount? seems a bit unfair as i am stuck in a contract and carnt really use it and now will cost me extra £100.

Hi thelad,

The Sure Signal has a fixed cost and can’t be discounted I’m afraid.

Thanks,

Andrew
