I hope you can help me. My SS3 has stopped working. The power light is flashing, the next light is off and the following two are orange.

I have tried resetting.

The information you've provided looks great, although there is a slight delay at step 6.

I've checked the software and this is up to date so I have resynched the device to clear any bugs in the background.
