Been on phone 4 times today, cut off 4 times, no callback, no help, vodafone wont give me a phone that works properly, but still insist on taking my money and won't let me leave. Can't wait for my contract to finish, but still 8 more months to go.

If your phone is faulty you can arrange a repair using other methods.

1. Use Live Help (follow the "contact us"link bottom of website)
2. pop into a Vodafone store

I've had 3 HTC's, the most recent being an M8

Non previously had any issues at all, absolutely lovely phones. 

The M8 however developed a fault reading the SIM card. But Vodafone took the phone and have had it repaired free of charge. 

So I really do fail to see what "HTC's are terrible and Vodafone are terrible"

Dare I suggest you had an iphone before your HTC?
