I have loaded memory Map digital mapping software and app. However the menu bar is not visible at all so I can't see different maps etc.
Memory Map say that they have had no reported problems with android 5.0.2.
So what is different about the ultra 6. is it the screen size? can I reduce screen size so that the menu bar is visible? Is it a different issue?
Grateful fo any advice

As Memory-Map is a 3rd party app, we're unable to offer support regarding it.
We'd advise you contact the 3rd party directly to see if they have any further information regarding the error.

Hi Martin,
Some devices have an issue with memory map and you can view it in landscape mode as well and this has fixed this issue for a lot of other customer.
Give it a shot and see if this helps.

Thanks for that. I am also in discussion with memory map over this issue. They say that autorotate is disabled in order to save power and improve speed. Going into landscape mode before opening app should be ok. Unfortunately the smart ultra 6 does not go into landscape mode in the app screen! In settings I have set it to stay with the current orientation but it always reverts to portrait as soon as you come out of that screen.
This appears to be a bit of a stalemate(and there is no guarantee that going into landscape would fix the problem anyway).
Is it possible for memory map and vodaphone to get together on this? I can't imagine that it is a difficult problem to fix but it is becoming very frustrating for the user.
Regards to all

@martinn95 This would be up to Memory-Map to investigate, making it compatible for various phones and providers.
We wouldn’t be able to look into this further.

ok thanks for that, I understand your position (back to memory map to resolve or give me a refund).
Last question on this issue - is there any reason why the app screen can't be orientated to landscape?
