1571 never connects

I have tried to get 1571 on about 3 or 4 times myself. It never came.

 

I chatted with Vodafone support (email chat transcript received) who said they had done it for me, but still no 1571.

 

Do you REALLY have 1571 available, and free, or is it a lie?

Have you tried ringing the dedicated Broadband Team.

Yes, I have chatted with the dedicated Broadband team on three ocassions.

And tried to set it up myself on more than 3 ocassions.
