Boardband has been down all day on the 04/02/18
i contacted Vodafone’s CS at about 7:30pm and they told me it would be back up within 4 hours it’s now 00:30 on the 05/02/18 and it’s still down.
has anyone else got the same problem?

service was restored about 6.30 on Sunday evening. I would suggest resetting your router and this may well help force a reconnection.
Of course, you may have a fault that is totoally unrelated to the major issues yesterday but try that first.

Mine dropped out yesterday at around 11am and has still yet to resurface. How come Vodafone don’t have a service status page for their broadband service? Had to find out third-hand about the Radius issue.
I had fifteen trouble-free years of good broadband with Demon - then Vodafone took over...
