Firstly my Vodafone broadband has been awful from day one!
However since last night my router is showing connected but we can not use the Internet at all. I ran a speed test which is showing a download speed of 0.09 so nothing is loading. I have the fibre 38 broadband. I have tried turning off and on also reset the route. Nothing is working and as I have no internet I can't live chat Vodafone 😩😡😡
anyone have any answers please

@mandz88 I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems with your broadband connection. What lights are showing on your router at the moment? You can find a breakdown of what all the different light sequences mean here.
