The router has two lights, the wifi light is stable green light that dosent flash but the internet light is slowly flashing, I’ve called the support team and I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours and still haven’t answered , I’ve also spoke to them in live chat and nothing was solved , I was promised a fix and it wasn’t . I feel cheated any help???

If you still require assistance with this, the light sequence you've given indicates that the router isn't connecting correctly. Please ensure that your cables are connected fully - you'll then need to restart your router using the reset button or power switch.
