My name is Aleks.
Today i tried ordering a broadband for my new address and failed multiple times.
I complete all the steps including accepting terms and conditions at the very end but i get a message saying 'sorry there has been errors' even tho all steps are completed and checked.
i tried deleting cookies, going incognito , using different browser or even my mobile device but its always the same , is the problem with you or with me ?
@izjaf I'm sorry to see you've had problems trying to place your order. You've done all of the right things here in trying to get this sorted. Have you tried calling us on 191 from your Vodafone mobile? We'll be happy to help if the online option is showing an error.
