VF sent me a new router, and told me it would totally free - at ZERO cost to me (I specifically asked about delivery charge).... and what do I find? Oh yes, the fibbing clowns have charged me £5 to send me a router to replace one which wasn't faulty (and the new one has wifi which has range of about 5m)

Vodafones systems must have auto kicked in to levy the delivery charge @mbames which is obviously a mistake due to what you write.
The quickest way to get this resolved is via 191 or live chat or wait until one of the Social Media Teams here catch up with your thread.

I called them on 191.... no disrespect to the social media team on here, but I'd have to jump through a long drawn out security verifcation process over a few days.
