Someone more technically minded will correct me but as far as I know those settings are not required for VDSL but you need to set VLAN ID to 101.
VCI and VPI are for ADSL connections which is usually 38 and O (zero) respectively.

I'm standing corrected as you can see from this specific post on 'use a third party router' thread.
I extracted the interesting bit :
I have set the router with the suggested settings i.e. PPPoE (which shows VPI=1 & VCI=32), VLan-ID=101
