Dual Fibre Sync Speed 60mb... was 70mb with previous provider

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to speak to tech in order to increase the sync speed of my broadband?


I have lost a little speed, 10mbs on speedtest website download and 1mbs upload.

@ljwhitehouse You can contact our Broadband Live Chat  team to check on the sync speeds for you. Alternatively you can call our Broadband support on 08080034515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week.
