Hi I made an arrangement a week ago to say my last bill in 2 installments 

The lady took the first half but failed to put promise to pay on

So yesterday after hours yes hours on the phone they took my bank details and set it up and it's still not on

I shouldn't of been cut off in the first place and I'm sick of being passed around on the phone 

Could some one from the forum please help
