Inbound phone calls not working

I have been active on Vodafone for over 10 days now and reported a fault within a day people cannot call the house phone number and it’s an urgent matter

 

The number you have dialled has not been recognised or a long broken beep tone

 

The fault still has not been fixed and I am considering switching providers already
