NO PHONE SUPPORT? + Call divert issue

Hi there,

 

No matter which phone I try and call (08080034515) I am getting a message saying the department is closed? It's been like this since last week?

 

If anyone from Vodafone is seeing this, I am trying to setup call divert on my LANDLINE and no one is able to help me. I have tried **21* and I get a message saying the service is not available even though my account says call divert is enabled at £3 a month?

That's not very helpful. I have already tried speaking to your chat team and no is able to help with call divert.

 

I am being charged for it (£3/month) but am not given the functionality?

 

Your call support goes to a machine saying "Sorry our team is now closed". I called at 3PM today and even earlier yesterday and the day before?

 

Hope you can advise for a frustrated customer
