No contact for "Free Gift"

I've been with Vodafone internet since August. 

 

I've had to contact Vodafone about 6/7 times about their free gift, each time being told to phone up and then I have to go through all my details again. Then I am told it's TLC I should be contacting, who are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm at the end of my tether trying to ask why I haven't received any contact about the gift, even though I've been confirmed as eligible.

Hi @Byngo123, we appreciate that you've had some difficulties in receiving your free gift. You'll need to contact the third party TLC as they're the ones that are providing the free gift.

I also signed up in August and I'm still waiting for my gift - currently on phone to TMC(?) for the third time today - expect another excuse or blatant lie but i'm not giving up! I am "imn the queue" for it to be despatched but evebn after all the delays they seem unable or unwilling to give a delivery date as regularly promised -

Ringing them is pointless - either they don't answer or lie - signed up in August and still no delivery date - sorry but this feels like I have been conned by Vodafone

Just spoke to TLM or whatever they are called - now blaming DPD and saying a further 2 weeks delay due to Christmas delivery backlogs- incredible!!!!! Absolute bunch of con artists and liars
