Hi @Googoo120

If you have both green lights showing on the router  and they are steady green then the internet should be working.

This sounds like a content control issue. When you started using the broadband for the first time did you ever see a page come up where you were asked to select your content controls? You can select none, Strict etc.

If this page has never come up then that will be the issue. All the customer care guys will need to do is remove all content restrictions and the internet should work after a quick reboot.

Please call the customer care team on 08080 034 515 for Home Broadband support (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week. Or if you prefer you can contact them via Web Chat.

Hope this helps.

@Googoo120 As advised by @T_Scarface_M, if both the solid green lights are showing on your router, this means it's connected to the internet and the Wi-Fi is enabled. You can find more information on your router set up and light sequences here.

Please let us know if you've managed to get this resolved by speaking to our Broadband team?

If not, feel free to pop back to us and we'll be happy to take a further look for you.
