No internet but router is connected

Hello!

My line should have been activated on 21 Feb. Router shows that it is in connected state but I can't access or ping anything. Moreover, according to event log in reconnects every 10 minutes:

What can cause the problem and how to fix it?

I had a similar problem when my Fibre was activated, the router was connected to the internet, all the lights were green and all the devices were connected to the router but nothign happened.

I called the helpline number and very quickly they established that the serial number of the router they sent me, was different from the serial number listed on my account so there was a break in the chain.

It took a few minutes for them to register the right router to the account and then it worked fine.

This might not be exacty what your problem is but is shows that the issue may be an admin one not a technical one, and the helpline was very helpful so I'd give them a call.

Hope it all works out.

Similar with my activation, call to Tech support, they made a change and all came up (you may need to reboot the router, I did).

Thanks everybody! 10-minutre call to support fixed the problem.
