No working internet.

Hi all

Well it the day that vodaphone took over as my internet provider and one big problem no internet. Tried live chat twice which was not helpful at all as both time was told services would be up and running in the hour. I get the feeling it's going to be a long time before I get connected. Has anyone else had these problems as this is the first time this has happened every other company in the past I have been with had the net accessable with a few hours.

They're an awful company that provides awful customer service and have an issue with their service slowing down in the evenings.  Cancel now and move somewhere else would be my advice.
