Same here.  No connection here for the last hour. Have been experiencing slow speeds and drop outs for the last couple of months. Messaged on live chat and got on the phone to the technical team so many times. Always been told that they will be investigating and will call me back. Still awaiting for a call since last month. Worst internet service provider i have used till date.

Yeah mine has been completely out for the last hour or so! It's such a weak connection all the time and keeps dropping out over the last month. I agree worst broadband I've ever had.
