Vodafone Broadband modem/router return after contract

I had an Vodafone ADSL Broadband account for over 2 years which means I no longer on contract. When I moved my broadband ADSL service switched to BT last week, I received a email from Vodafone that I need to return my Modem.  I am happy to do this but I no longer have the original box.  Of course I am happy to place it in another box with all the cables etc. Can anybody confirm that they should send me a return label to return this item.  The email that was sent to me, I would have expect more information in how to send the modem back.

Get in touch with our Broadband team via Live Chat, or give us a call on 08080 034 515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week. Ask them for a returns bag and they'll get this sent out for you to pop the router back to us 😊
