Where is my broadband gift???

Hello, I have sign up for Vodafone broadband in August. Reveived the confirmation to claim for my gift. I have claimed for it on the same date Vodofone told me. The claim was successuful online. Since then, the 8th of November I didn't hear back from Vodafone andI didn't received the gift. 

There is no way to track it online and the dedicate custumers phone line does't work.

So where is the gift I suppose to received as per our contract?

I'm in the same boat.  I emailed the gift team but have had no reply.
