Where is my free gift!?

So I ordered my free gift as soon as I was able to using the unique code i recieved in an email. Nearly a month later and I have not received or heard anything regarding it. I dont think I ever received an email about the gift, no confirmation of the order, nothing!
After about 2 weeks I re-registered and was told I couldnt register for a gift as I had already done so. Now its telling me I am too late.

So where is my free gift? If there was an issue it appears I am too late to do anything about it myself.

Got to say, I am not happy with my vodafone experience thus far. I had terrible internet in the first month, still getting a lot of packet loss 3 months in, and now my free gift hasnt arrived. ##~##?

I was 3 weeks into the 30 day period of delivery. I phoned TLC and they said some items were on back order and could take up to 51 days. However, by coincidence, it arrived 2 days later!

 

Phone TLC during office hours (I think) but be prepared to hang on

Well it turns out that despite the terms and conditions stating;

 

  1. You will only receive a confirmation email if your registration/claim has been deemed valid. Any invalid claims will not be notified.

And I didn't receive a confirmation email, making my order appear invalid, my order is in fact still valid and is expected in 3-5 days according to TLC.

I ended up having todo it all via email to there customer serverices afte about 3 weeks i just got a text from dpd saying my item will be delivered the next day. I had no confirmation meails either it just turned up.

 

Depends really on the item you ordered, if u ordered the headphones they have stated it could be a 3 month wait as its in high demand same with the 75£ credit card

So I now received an email stating my free gift has at least another 2 week wait before delivery, that will make it a 6 week wait after I first placed my order. 

To top all this off, my internet has had frequent disconnects that last for up to a few hours over the last 2-3 days.

I never thought I would say this, but 3 months in and I already cannot wait to go back to Virgin!

Have you contacted our Broadband Live Chat team about the disconnections you've been experiencing?

Do they happen at a certain time of the day? And do they occur when you're using your Wi-Fi or with a wired connection also?

I am kay ,i got an email from Vodafone for me about a juicy email that i can have a gift from them if i sighn on to vodafon broaband this made me to sign on to the deal since October,  unfortunately Vodafone never informing me about how to claim my gift until the deadline of registration was over i had to call them before they told me to register online with TLC by that it was over to register online, i contacted Vodafone and they admitted their error and said they will escalate my complaint and claim my gift from TLC, ever since i have been told one story after the other,i received an email from LATHAN  a TLC  worker on 11/11/2017 that they have received  my order and it will be dispatched  soon,however since then till date 23/01/18 i called tlc to find why i have not received  my gift and i was told to wait since the order is not in yet.
 
From the above statement you would realized that  i have not been treated well, i have had all the patient and i still pay for my broad band bill even though the main reason why i went ahead for the deal had not been fulfield,on this note i wish to officially make a complaint about the unprofessional way tlc and Vodafone have conducted them selves and seek why i have to got through all this problem,i have gone through a lot of stress and exhausted a lot of hours on phone to claim what is due me,how can it take over two moths to claim a simple sonos speaker, is this a scam? or deliberate attempt for loyal customers to give up what is due them i need my sonso wireless black speaker and also want to be compensated for the stress and pain i have been subjected to.
 vodafon is a joke, i think this is a scam

@inshambles I'm sorry to hear that you've still not received your free gift. I understand your frustration and want to guarantee this is a genuine offer and apologise for the delay. The Sonos speaker that you've ordered has been very popular and I know that TLC have been waiting on stock.

Have they contacted you at all about when your order will be shipped? Have you contacted them since to get an update?
