"Vodafone - Our most reliable network ever" Yeah right

Supposedly the most reliable network ever, yet when i confront them about my 70mbps drop in download speed they start asking me whether or not the window my router is next to is made out of glass or not, seriously disappointed in the help i was given - may aswell have been talking to a toddler telling me to turn it off and on again. My regular dowload speed normally around 74-78mbps whereas I'm currently reaching around 7mbps download. I atleast thought with this being a "reliable" network they wouldve actually bothered educating their employees. Rather unreliable to me...
