hi singed up for 76 meg and only getting 11 meg

When was your activation date ?
It can take from 10 days to 30 days to fully settle.
Are you connecting via WiFi or Ethernet cable ?

my activation date was 24th oct 2017 and i was useing hard wired connection

Ok.
It may still be settling.
However can you try another Ethernet cable.
