@vcx20 Sorry to hear your sync speed has suddenly dropped 😞 The best team to get in touch with, would be our Broadband Live Chat team. They'll be able to run diagnostics on your line to pin point the problem.

Keep us updated and let us know how you get on. If you're still having any issues, or have any further questions, we'll make sure that it's passed to our Broadband team.

ok thanks will give it a go

Its down to 23.9 now have been in touch over the phone twice first call said i had a copper wire issue and had to wait for a text to call you so second call guy did all the same tests and said he couldn't find a issue and would put it on my ticket.

So just waiting for another text i guess as my speed dwindles away.

@vcx20 I'm really sorry to hear that your sync speeds are dropping. I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch, so we can pass this along to our Broadband team for investigation.

Please continue to keep us updated and let us know when you hear back from the team.

All fixed now faulty master socket called the BB helpline and after talking to the first line of call taker got passed onto a more specialist department and i must say you could tell the difference really knowledgeable.

After confirming the fault at 5.30pm friday night you got someone out Saturday morning well impressed only thing you need now is a decent router as the one you bundle is useless.

Anyways all sorted now.
