If you do what's it like (if it's not obvious lol) ?
I've seen quite a few roads that have it already.
Service/reliability/time from laying the fibre to the door to getting voda to connect you and it becoming active ?
Cheers

Hi
In the sense that Kingston upon Hull has had it's own telephone network since 1902.
Virgin Media runs it's own network.
CityFibre is independant.
Openreach let's almost anyone use theirs, LLU, even virgin media I believe.
So like lots of utilities different companies contract to use their road, rail, pipes, cable, canals or whatever.
Therefore the Help Forum could well be hosted elsewhere.

Sorry don’t mean to be blunt but I asked about Southend not elsewhere.

AND I replied exactly and exclusively about Southend.
Because I used an example mentioning other places to illustrate "network", and you can register your interest on the cityfibre website, and although Southend is not a city it is getting another network to provide broadband to it population.
As far as being blunt ............
I refrain from stating the obvious.
