Hi, I applied to switch my broadband provider from Virgin Media to Vodafone, however since I activated the switch Virgin Media has offered a better deal and I have accepted. Now I need help cancelling my switch request.
The online help tool is of no use and the numbers I have been given don't allow me to progress through the call option choices to speak to anyone. I would be grateful if I could be details of someone in customer services who can help.

Hey there @Sabran-B - Unfortunately we don't have access to accounts over the forum and can't process cancellations over Social Media. I would advise speaking with our Broadband team on 08080 034 515, you should be able to select an option to 'Cancel' and this will take you through to an adviser.
