I am buying the deal Home Broadband + Sim (I am new customer) but when I am completing the payment, in the step called Delivery it appears the following notification:
“Please try again...
Sorry, we could not find any delivery options for that address. Please check your postcode is correct and try again.”
The address I put is correct and I have never had issues with this delivery address.
As I need urgently the broadband activation, can you please help me?
