So according to my online Vodafone account and rider tracker, my new broadband order has been cancelled the day before it was supposed to go live... however, I've just had a router turn up at my front door? Very confusing mixed messages, can't get through on the phones, the chatbot it completely useless and now I'm scared that I'm going to be left without any Internet access in the peak of these turbulent times. Would just appreciate some clarity as being stuck without Internet for over a month in the current climate whilst at home would be far less than ideal.
The router I assume was already despatched when the Broadband Order was cancelled @Acjfountain
I would suggest to try Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. as they have account access to be able to clarify what's happening.
Unfortunately there is no account access assistance via the Vodafone Forum anymore.
