Broadband not active

Hi,

 

I ordered broadband online 25th November 2020, a technician was out to my house on Monday 30th and set up the new router and connection. I still have no broadband connection as my order is still open on the system. I rang customer care 3 times and have gotten nowhere. I keep getting told please wait 24 - 48 hrs from now which I have done and still no internet connection. 

 

I had internet before the technician came out to swap over from my previous provider and now I have none. I currently work from home and need this resolved ASAP. Can anyone help with this?

If you are in the 14 day cooling off period please try to cancel!!! Been waiting nigh on 4 weeks for activation still nothing... cancelling soon!

Hi @paulryan1992 I understand this must be frustrating for you! It sounds like there may be an underlying router or line issue here, so I'd recommend contacting social media team here. They'll be able to run some more in-depth tests with you and get this sorted as quickly as possible.
