Can't create an account to activate my sim

I am a new customer and not able to create a Vodafone account. I have a broadband SIM and not able to register and activate it properly. I typed the order number but it says not recognised. Please help. Router says WiFi connected but not internet.

If you've used the email address and password.fkr another account you may need to use a different set to get this up and set up.

If not then Live Chat or Customer service from 191 on a Vodafone phone or 0333 3040191 or if this is Vodafone Home Broadband 08080 034 515.
