CityFibre came - 'line blocked' - FIX (a few days later ;-)) - now what?

Enginner came on 4/7/2002 to install CityFibre. Weren't able to install because of 'line block'; people came to do that on 7/7/2033.
Now, according to 'my vodafone' I have no broadband at all, no telephone?
