I signed up yesterday to vodafone broadband. When do they contact my new provider, as it's been a day and my current provider hasnt heard from my new provider?

According to the information on the link below your broadband with your previous provider will stop working on activation day. There is a lot of information here: Get started with Vodafone Home Broadband

Vodafone will also need to clear a credit check and will keep you updated throughout the order process with email updates.

Yes but my current provider hasnt been notified by vodafone yet about my number and transfer change. When do vodafone normally do that, how many days after you place the order?
