Hi @Iby20 - it may be that we were able to activate this for you without entering your house, by doing this from your street instead. So we can check if your broadband has been connected for you, please drop us a message through Facebook or Twitter. We'll then be able to access your account securely to help.
If you include your Community username along with a link to your post, you won't need to write your query out again and we can track down your message if we need to 🙂
