Hi,
Got my Vodafone Full Fibre 900 installed today by Kelly Communications. Setup went fine but the 'service' light on the ONT box is not lit. The engineers seemed to think that is should have been lit after a phone call with CityFibre - so they have kept our case 'open' and opened a ticket with CityFibre. Is it because Vodafone are yet to activate the line or is there actually something wrong? Would be interesting to see if anyone else has had similar issues.
