Broadband activation

Gigafast price reduction

I ordered gigafast 900 in December and it was installed this week. Price for both 900 options have been reduced in between, but I am still getting charged dearer price. Went onto chat, but they only deal with broadband. Was given a phone number, but haven't been sent chat by email so don't have it. Don't want to contact by phone in any case. Can this be dealt with without phonecall, I do not have social media. Thanks
