Home broadband not activated

So, not only has my Home broadband not been activated as I have no internet connection. Which is worsened by the fact Vodafone promised this as I own my own business and am currently working from home, and stated weeks ago the importance of this needing to be online. 

Then I sit on hold for 59 minutes from Vodafone to disconnect my call. I now have called again with a 3 hour wait time. 

Absolute joke, I have 20 members of staff using Vodafone mobiles, if this is not resolved soon I will be looking to cancel! 

Please help me!

Hi, I had this since Monday, however after reading this forum was lead to MyAccount, then look for Services and Extras, then set your Content Control to SAFE. This worked for me, hope it helps you.
