Hey @BarrettMJB, in order to delay your home broadband activation you'll need to speak to our home broadband sales team, you can call them on the following number, 03333040191. You'll need to do this before it's within 48 hours of activation.

Before posting this enquiry I tried ringing the number several times, but having waited, the last time, nearly half an hour with no answer, not even a recorded message, I assumed there was no one there .......

@BarrettMJB The team are definitely still there to answer the calls, we've just been experiencing larger call volumes than normal lately.
